Frontiers Foundation Membership Memorandum 2018
Happy New Year! I pray you are having a Blessed start to 2018!
Thank you for your membership last year in the Foundation. This is notification for renewal membership(s) and dues for new members are now due for the January 1st – December 31st, 2018.
Foundation dues are due in January, and are considered “Past-Due” after April 30, 2018. The Foundation's annual membership fee is broken into classes ranging from $25.00 per year for an individual and up to $1500.00 for an Individual Life Membership. Checks are to be payable to the Frontiers International Foundation Inc. Clubs should send an attached Roster Form on behalf of all members and indicate paying members with an *. Clubs should be aware that in order to vote, run for office or qualify for matching scholarship, dues must be received by April 30, 2018.
**** If the financial secretary has not received your dues by April 30, 2018, your dues are late and you will not qualify for the scholarships, offices, and voting rights in the foundation. Even if you have paid your club but your treasurer has not submitted your dues by April 30th. It is your treasurer’s responsibility to submit the dues by the deadline.
You do not have to submit your dues via your club you may submit your dues directly. Any dues received after this date or at convention cannot be paid toward the upcoming year; it is for the current year.
Your membership is integral to the living mission of our organization as it directly supports the research and health aspects of our Foundation’s inception.
